Isaar Welfare Foundation began with a handful of volunteers answering late-night calls for blood in Sialkot. Today we run a nationwide donor network, mobile camps and patient support services — all volunteer-driven.
About Us
In Pakistan, thousands of patients — thalassemia children, accident victims, mothers in labour — need blood every single day. Families often spend critical hours searching for a matching donor instead of being at the bedside.
We exist to remove that search. Our coordinators maintain a live register of screened volunteer donors by city and blood group, and connect them to hospitals within hours of a request.
Alongside blood, we support families with medicine costs, transport and guidance through the hospital system.

Every donor and every patient is treated with respect, privacy and care — never as a transaction.
Always Free
We never charge patients or families for arranging blood. Isaar means selfless giving.
